A moment for yourself, during your holidays on Oléron, at La Boulinière.
Every Tuesday in July and August, the Wellness Area is reserved for massages only (by appointment). You can contact Stéphanie, a certified practitioner of well-being massages and reflexology, on 07 69 77 93 71 and book one of the proposed packages. This is an opportunity to relax, to take time for yourself, in a relaxing and soothing environment.
Personalized massage "l'Infiniment Bien" (30min : 35 € / 1h : 60 €)
A 100% personalised massage of the back, head, feet, hands and body, according to your needs or desires at the time. After a short discussion on what you are looking for from the massage (gentle, relaxing, supported, tonic, etc.) you will be left to let go.
Thai foot reflexology (45min : 50 €)
Combines enveloping manoeuvres with pressure and sliding effleurage, from the toes to the top of the knee and the stimulation of reflex zones. Brings relaxation and revitalisation to the body.
Massage for children (15 min: 15 € / 30 min: 25 €)
This gentle and caring massage allows your child to (re)discover the benefits of touch. The massage releases hormones that soothe and improve general well-being but it also brings a feeling of calm while improving the child's ability to concentrate and pay attention.
The Well-Being area and the massages are exclusively reserved for the campsite's customers. The massages offered are not a substitute for medical care or physiotherapy.
